First there are several reasons why my friends tell me that there is no other place in the world like it. I have heard that the weather is perfect during all seasons. Most homes don’t need central heating nor extreme use of air conditioning. I have decided that one summer I would like to research vacation rental San Diego to give the area a try for at least a month. One the west coast and California I have only had the chance to visit Los Angeles.

Los Angeles did not impress me and because of the number suggestions from friends to look for vacation rentals in San Diego, CA I know that I should take that advise. The good thing about renting an apartment is that you can get a good idea of everything and a month is sufficient time to do so. The going monthly rates for rental are over $1,000 per month. Real estate in San Diego is quite expensive but like any big city and the local area in California it is pretty much normal.
